(hereafter referred to as the Operator)

is responsible for the collection, use, and processing of your personal data.

1.    I agree that all visitors to and registered members of www.JewettStreet.com shall be permitted to view a listing of my current exchange offers, with the listing appearing under my residence code. My real name and contact information will not be listed.

2.    I agree that the Operator, through the use of cookies, may collect, save and use my data of use (in particular, connection data of the inquiring computer, web pages selected at our end, date and duration of the visit, recognition data of the browser and operating system program used, ads posted, and transactions performed) in order to allow me and facilitate, among other things, the control of my exchange offers posted at www.JewettStreet.com as well as management of my personal user settings.   

3.    Without prior execution of the Agreement, I will be unable to register as a user of www.JewettStreet.com and make use of the services offered at that website.

4.    I may revoke the Agreement here at any given time, to take effect in the future.
