This is a 1920's bungalow/cottage which has been completely restored to provide a very comfortable home at America's finest beach. Fully furnished, a new modern kitchen and a full size washer & dryer plus offstreet parking.

Formerly a cottage/studio duplex, recently remodeled and converted to a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath. Just 50 steps from the boardwalk on Mission Beach, and only two blocks from Mission Bay/Santa Clara Point. Located ½ way between Crystal Pier & the Roller Coaster at Belmont Park. The house is ideally suited to take advantage of the total Mission Beach experience.

We bought this former "vacation rental" and converted it to our 2 br/2bath home. We lived there for 2 years and then due to a job transfer we maintained it by again renting it out as a vacation rental.

Now retired, it is finally and once again our home. While small, it is fully self contained and less than 50 yards from the beach.
